Cardano (ADA) Launches Its Testnet to Focus More On The Translation Of Smart Contracts

The launch of IELE Cardano Testnet was recently announced by the IOHK team. This is indeed a great achievement in the Roadmap of Cardano (ADA) as it signifies an evolution of the release of KEVM Testnet back in May this year.

In the post, the IOHK team said that as a result of this new Cardano (ADA) Testnet, the interaction level with the Cardano (ADA) community will be much higher than before as users will now be able to experience the characteristics of what would be the real blockchain of Cardano (ADA).

The Press Release Of The IOHK Team

IOHK just launched the second Cardano (ADA) Testnet, which is for the IELE Virtual Machine and it accompanies the launch of KEVM testnet. They added that the technology is as important for the industry as it is important for the Roadmap of Cardano (ADA).

The IELE Virtual Machine is capable of understanding programs written in Solidity (Ethereum network’s native language) and translate them into a language that the KEVM testnet understands. This way, developers can easily identify code errors in smart contracts, enabling secure and efficient writing of smart contracts.

The Cardano (ADA) team plans to launch similar compiler with the ability to even understand conventional programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. This way, the blockchain of Cardano (ADA) will become the most preferred for standard industrial apps that need proven programming language stability.

It’s expected that once it has been successfully implemented, the development of decentralized applications will become more attractive and easier, increasing the adoption of Cardano blockchain in almost any software field.
