Daedelus Is Coming to Linux

Over the last couple of weeks, the Cardano (ADA) community using Linux OS have been trying to get their hands on Daedelus. Although there is a public beta version, the community wants full access to the features of this wallet solution. The next major upgrade for Cardano (ADA) will grant this wish for Cardano community members using Linux.

Cardano (ADA) Testnet

For those that want to access Cardano properly without using the main blockchain, the Foundation will soon make available the test environment of Cardano ecosystem. For exchanges, developers, and community members, Cardano (ADA) testnet can be of great value, and it offers the same features and functionality as the main blockchain.

Enhancing Block Storages

Network blocks storage has always been a common issue in the digital currency space. Cardano (ADA) is no exception in this regard. However, there will be some major changes on the blockchain soon. The present objective is to decrease the space required to store the complete blockchain of Cardano (ADA). The blockchain project aims to achieve this by using a single file to store each epoch rather than one file per block. This will compress information to just 200 files, rather than 1.5 million.

Cardano (ADA) Rust

A lot of developers might have heard of Rust – a programming language. Rust is much easier to get familiar with and it’s usually hyped as a “lightweight” programming language. It significantly simplifies development for mobile and web. The Rust project of Cardano (ADA) is an open source sandbox for developers to create and integrate new services and products.
