Bittrex – one of the leading and most popular digital currency trading platforms – recently made an announcement on Twitter that they have launched USD markets for Litecoin (LTC) and Tron (TRX). About a week ago, Bittrex announced the addition of these digital currencies to its trading platform.

The tweet of the firm on Twitter state “Litecoin (LTC) and Tron (TRX) have been added to the USD (fiats) market, adding that only users with accounts on the platform created before the 4th of September are eligible for trading.”
The addition of Tron (TRX) to the trading platform marks the first USD trading pair for the digital currency in the U.S. As a result of this, the founder and CEO of Tron (TRX) Foundation – Justin Sun, brought the good news to his followers on Twitter and showed how happy he is about the listing.
The Aim of Launching USD Markets
The major aim of launching USD markets is to eradicate the influence and dominance of one digital currency over other digital currencies in the market. Furthermore, the trading platform also sees this as a step forward for the adoption of blockchain technology.
At the moment, the trading platform has a total of ten digital currencies with USD pairs available for trading on the platform. When the firm initially made the announcement regarding the launch of the USD markets, they said that the pairs will be available for customers that are using their personal and corporate accounts. Nevertheless, this services is only available to customers in Montana, Washington State, California, and international customers that are qualified to partake in the market.
