However, the recently held Ethereum Hackathon has proven otherwise to the statement of Justin Sun. Over 1,000 developers attended the recently concluded Ethereum hackathon that took place in San Francisco. They all gathered to create scaling solutions and application on Ethereum. The event also featured prominent executives in the crypto space such as Brayton Williams and Lindia Xie.
When it comes to network activities, user activities, number of Dapps, and transaction volume, Ethereum outperforms Tron (TRX) statistically. More transactions are even processed on Ethereum than Tron, according to Etherscan.io.

Over the weekend, Tron (TRX) claimed victory over Dash (DASH) and IOTA (MIOTA). Tron (TRX) surpassed the two digital currencies and took over the number 11th spot on the list of digital currencies by market cap. Tron (TRX) was initially at the number 13th spot, however, the recent developments around the coin resulted in a spike in its price. This resulted in an increase its market cap.
During Sun’s interview with Investopedia, he also said that Tron will reclaim its position in the list of top ten digital currencies. Justin Sun so much believes in the blockchain project, and he also has the backing of the Tron community.
Recently, at the launch of Tron (TRX) Odyssey 3.1 upgrade, Justin Sun said that TRX is 200 times faster than Ethereum and 100 times cheaper than EOS. However, there are lots of people that do not agree with the claims of the CEO. Tron (TRX) might be cheaper, but its claims of being more active than Ethereum is not entirely true.
