Quoting Garlinghouse on Twitter, the official Ripple account posted;

“The infrastructure for correspondent banking was built decades ago. We can and will do better.” – @bgarlinghouse on the challenges of sending money abroad today at FinTech Ideas Festival. #FIF2019”

Meanwhile, on another end of cryptocurrency Twitter, Michael Arrington, the founder of TechCrunch, was indirectly asking Robinhood exchange to add XRP. A while ago, Robinhood cryptocurrency exchange announced that it was making plans to add new cryptocurrencies to its platform. At the time of writing, the exchange only supports BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, Dogecoin, and ETC. Shortly after he posted the tweet, many members of the XRP Army quickly agreed with him stating that its a good idea for the cryptocurrency exchange to list XRP. Arrington’s post was as follows;

“I just got my @RobinhoodApp setup. Trying to figure out why I can’t buy XRP? @joshelman let’s make this happen!”

Users stated replaying, and retweeting the post. One user with the handle @CryptoDave13 said;

“@digitalassetbuy Look at Michael Arrington going to bat for XRP!!! Huzzah, Michael!!!!! yeah, baby yeah!!!! 🥳🥳🤗😎@APompliano Your turn!!! hehe 😉 🥺”

Another one said;

Yet another user wrote;

“Agree! I have many co-workers using the @RobinhoodApp, and when I mention XRP, they say they’ll wait to buy XRP when it’s on Robinhood. Dogecoin BUT NO XRP?”
