A French TV show known as “Tout le monde veut prendre sa place” which translates; everyone wants to take its place,” got the XRP army excited when it mentioned Ripple along with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin as part of a question and answer session. The question was as follows;
“Which cryptocurrency invented in 2008 is the most used in the world?” The options for this question were- “1. Bitcoin (BTC), 2. Ripple (XRP), 3. Ether (ETH), and 4. Litecoin (LTC.)”
The answer to the question is Bitcoin but that’s not the point. The fact is that the cryptocurrency space is still at its early stages so every little endorsement, including subtle hypes from the media, counts. It is little recognitions like this that help spread adoption on a global scale. Some members of the audience who may not have known about cryptocurrencies before the show may become propelled to find out more about this new asset class. It is important to note that when the question was asked, the CEO of Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse was present but he did not make any reaction outwardly.

Digital asset investors on the XRP rich list are becoming worried about the poor performance of XRP. Notwithstanding, there is still hope that the XRP price prediction 2019 is going to improve before the end of the year.
At the time of writing, the current price of XRP was $0.302426. This means that it is up by 0.05% against the USD and up by 0.92% against the price of BTC. The trading volume over a 24 hour period is $957,676,655 and the market capitalization is $12,728,211,746. Within the next few trading sessions, we would know if the price of XRP will surge higher or fall lower against the USD. From the look of things, it’s still possible for the price of XRP to fall below the $0.30 support again.
