According to reports, another 30 million USDT has been transferred from the Ethereum Blockchain to the Tron Blockchain. The report came through Tron supporter, Misha Lederman. He apparently gave a reply to Tron founder, Justin Sun’s, recommendation of Poloniex for the completion of USDT-Tron conversions.

The Twitter account known as the Whale Alert which monitors cryptocurrency transactions has posted data related to a large USDT token transfer from Ethereum to Tron. Lederman, who is also the CCO of BeatzCoin, apart from being a prominent Tron supporter, commented on the post by the Whale Alert. Lederman believes that the TRC-20 version of USDT is better that the ERC-20 version in terms of usability and scalability.

The Sum of Tron-based USDT Has Grown in Recent Times 

According to an earlier report regarding Tron-based USDT, Sun wrote via his Twitter page that more people now prefer moving their Ethereum-issued USDT to Tron’s Blockchain. Just two weeks ago, the sum of the stablecoin emitted on the Tron Blockchain reached $170 million. Now the figure is higher. As of press time, this amount has reached $364 million.

Sun has publicly stated that anyone who wants to convert their USDT to USDT-Tron from any Blockchain should use the Poloniex exchange for that purpose. Recently, the Poloniex crypto exchange has parted ways with its partner, Circle. It is understood that Poloniex is currently looking for new investors after moving on from Circle. Rumors have it that Sun was sitting at the head of a group of companies that had the aim of buying out the platform. However, in a recent Tweet Sun revealed that he is ‘not looking to buy anything or exchange’, without referring to the Poloniex or other crypto trading platform.
