Crypto News Today: Pornhub Wants To Add Tron (TRX) To Its Listings After Listing Verge – What Is The Aim Of Pornhub?

Pornhub, one of the biggest adult-movie platform in the world, wants to add Tron (TRX) to its listings. Back in April this year, Verge (a privacy-oriented digital currency) announced its strategic collaboration with the adult-video platform.

The partnership was disclosed by Corey Price – the vice president of Pornhub, and he said that “the volatility of digital currencies is concerning for subscriptions with recurring payments. As a result of this, they are not offering it for recurring payments, though they have plans of doing so. Their services have fixed values in fiat currency, so the price of crypto will change.”

The Nature of the Partnership between Verge and Pornhub

The initial collaboration of the firms make a lot of investors to wonder about the nature of the partnership and the reason behind the listing considering the optimism of the adult-movie platform towards the digital currency market – Pornhub has not listed any of the top digital currencies in the market such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

In addition to that, if the major concern of the platform was privacy, it would have gone for Dash, Zcash, or Monero – three privacy-oriented digital currencies with larger userbases, more active developer communities, and longer track record than Verge.

Pornhub Wants to Add Tron (TRX) and ZenCash to Its Listing

A few days ago, the platform announced that it wants to integrate Tron (TRX) and ZenCash next. The CEO of Tron – Justin Sun, said that it has secured a deal with the company to expose it to 90 million Tron users – which launched its Mainnet recently.

The vice president of the Pornhub said that “decentralized payment systems are growing in popularity, and so is the adoption of digital currencies all over the world. Today, digital currencies are very important and valuable in the adult entertainment industry due to the fact that they are privacy-oriented.”

Based on his statement, the major reason why the company is integrating digital currencies is their privacy-oriented and anonymous nature. Nevertheless, ZenCash and Tron (TRX) are not privacy-oriented digital currencies.

But based on the listings of the firm, it appears that the firm wants to integrate and list digital currencies that are willing to pay them a huge amount of money to process its payments in digital assets.
